These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the comparison shopping service, website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Service”) operated by BadgerCorp Limited, trading as Price Pilot, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 06742013 and registered office at 4 Phoenix Drive, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1FY (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

We do not sell products directly unless expressly stated. When you visit a retailer’s website through a link from the Service, you are bound by that retailer’s terms of use.
We do not act as an agent for retailers and do not sell or license the products listed on the Service. We are not a party to any contract entered into between you and a retailer, and we hold no liability for products purchased from third-party retailers.
