The 16mm Draper Hi-Torq Stubby Ratchet Combination Spanner is sized for larger automotive and machinery fasteners, including some transmission components, mounting bolts and heavy-duty brackets. This larger size combined with the stubby design provides the necessary torque and access for working in confined areas on substantial fixings. Forged from chrome vanadium steel that's hardened, tempered, fully polished and mirror chrome plated, this 16mm spanner delivers outstanding strength and corrosion protection. The stubby length allows work in tight spaces where standard-length spanners cannot operate, whilst the 90-tooth ratchet mechanism requires only 4° swing arc. The 15° offset open end improves access and knuckle clearance, and the 12-point HI-TORQ® ring end delivers maximum leverage by transferring torque to the flats, preventing slipping on larger fasteners.
