Thompson's One Coat Water Seal is a protective waterproofing solution designed to prevent water penetration on a range of exterior building surfaces. Using a unique micro silicone emulsion formula, this water seal provides effective protection against moisture damage with just a single coat application. This versatile waterproofer can be applied directly onto damp surfaces, making it ideal for use on brick, concrete, stone and wood. The fast-acting formula delivers long-lasting waterproof protection within hours of application, helping to safeguard exterior masonry and timber against the damaging effects of freeze and thaw cycles. Particularly suitable for treating exterior walls, retaining walls, and other exposed masonry surfaces, this water seal also reduces efflorescence – the white salt deposits that can appear on brickwork and concrete. The brush or roller application allows for straightforward coverage, with each litre covering approximately 4m² and drying in around 2 hours under normal conditions.
