This 1 litre Rosewood variant of Sikkens Cetol HLS Plus Translucent Woodstain delivers a distinctive reddish-brown tone with rose undertones, perfect for smaller exterior projects or maintenance applications. The convenient 1 litre size is ideal for windows, doors, garden furniture or touch-up work where an elegant rosewood finish is desired. The Rosewood shade provides a sophisticated, warm appearance whilst maintaining high translucency to showcase natural woodgrain character. This low build, solvent-borne semi-gloss woodstain works both as a base stain and finishing coat, offering comprehensive protection against mould, algae, UV radiation, peeling and cracking. Its microporous, water-repellent formulation ensures optimal timber performance. Suitable for use as a finishing coat on exterior softwood and hardwood substrates such as cladding, fascias, soffits, rough sawn timber and fencing. As a base stain, it is readily absorbed into timber to create a sound foundation for finishing coats. Use alone as a complete system on cladding, decking and garden furniture, or as a base stain before applying Cetol Filter 7 Plus or Cetol THB Plus on windows and doors. Should not be used alone as a finish for hardwood timbers.
