This 1 litre Teak variant of Sikkens Cetol HLS Plus Translucent Woodstain offers a warm, golden-brown tone perfect for smaller exterior projects or maintenance work. The convenient 1 litre size is ideal for windows, doors, garden furniture or touch-up applications where a classic teak finish is desired. The Teak shade provides a timeless, prestigious appearance whilst maintaining high translucency to showcase natural woodgrain beauty. This low build, solvent-borne semi-gloss woodstain functions both as a base stain and finishing coat, delivering robust protection against mould, algae, UV radiation, peeling and cracking. The microporous, water-repellent formulation ensures timber breathes naturally whilst repelling moisture effectively. Excellent for use as a finishing coat on exterior softwood and hardwood substrates including cladding, fascias, soffits, rough sawn timber and fencing. As a base stain, it absorbs readily into timber to provide a sound foundation for finishing coats. Can be used alone as a system on cladding, decking and garden furniture, or as a base before applying Cetol Filter 7 Plus or Cetol THB Plus on windows and doors. Should not be used alone as a finish for hardwood timbers.
