Engineered for OSHA 1910.147 compliance, this non-conductive padlock features dielectric protection and non-sparking construction, making it essential equipment for safe electrical maintenance work. Built with a Zenex™ UV-stable composite body, this lockout padlock delivers exceptional durability in demanding industrial environments. The corrosion and chemical resistant construction can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -57°C to +177°C, ensuring reliable performance across varied working conditions. The padlock features a 6mm diameter composite nylon shackle with 38mm length and 20mm clearance, providing secure isolation on circuit breakers, valve controls and electrical equipment. Supplied as a key-retaining system with a single key, the padlock ensures keys cannot be removed whilst the lock is open, reinforcing safe working practices.
