Rust Oleum Alkythane Metal Paint

RUST-OLEUM Alkythane 7500 series coatings are based on a urethane modified alkyd, providing good drying properties at low temperatures. The coatings are lead- and chromate-free and contains rust-inhibitive pigments (except for 7510 clear) for additional protection. Recommended Uses • Should be applied on metal surfaces primed with RUSTOLEUM Alkyd primers • Intended for brush and roller application and can also be applied by spray • For metal structures in a more aggressive industrial environment, application of an additional RUST-OLEUM Alkyd primer or Alkythane 7500 finish is recommended Drying Times • 20°C/50% r.h. - To touch: 2 hours / Tack-Free: 4 Hours / To handle: 8 hours / To recoat: After 16 hours / Full hardness: 7 days • 10°C/60% r.h. - To touch: 3 hours / Tack-Free: 6 Hours / To handle: 16 hours / To recoat: After 24 hours / Full hardness: 14 days • 30°C/50% r.h. - To touch: 1 ½ hours / Tack-Free: 3 Hours / To handle: 6 hours / To recoat: After 8 hours / Full hardness: 5 days • Heat resistance: 90°C (dry heat), at elevated temperatures discoloration may occur Specifications • Size: 5L • Appearance: High Gloss, Satin • Colour: White • Satin: 1,23kg/l. ± 0,10 Depending on Colour • VOC-Content: 392g/l max. • Ready-To-Use Mixture: 500g/l max.
