The Faithfull Soft Grip Bevel Edge Chisel in 6mm (1/4in) is the perfect choice for intricate detail work and delicate woodworking tasks. Manufactured from drop-forged chrome vanadium steel, the blade is hardened and tempered to exacting standards to ensure the cutting edge remains sharper for longer. The handle features an anti-slip, soft grip coating for comfortable control during detailed work, and is fitted with a steel striking cap for use with a mallet or occasional hammer blow. The blade is ground to an angle of 25° which increases to 30° at the leading edge for optimal cutting performance. For complete accuracy when sharpening, use a honing guide (FAIHG) and an oil, diamond or whetstone.
