The Draper CAG12VD is a compact 12V cordless angle grinder designed for cutting and grinding tasks in confined spaces where access is limited. Featuring brushless motor technology and a 76mm disc capacity, this lightweight tool delivers up to 19,500rpm no-load speed whilst weighing just 0.56kg, making it ideal for overhead work and extended use without fatigue. The brushless motor offers improved efficiency and longer tool life compared to brushed alternatives, whilst the spindle lock enables quick and easy disc changes on site. With a maximum cutting depth of 15mm and M5 collet size, this grinder is well-suited for light fabrication, cutting metal fixings, preparing surfaces, and accessing tight areas where full-size grinders cannot reach. Part of Draper's 12V interchangeable battery platform, this grinder shares batteries across the entire 12V range and remains fully compatible with the Draper Storm Force® 10.8V series, reducing the need for multiple battery systems.
