This 5m version of the Stabila BM 300 Robust Pocket Tape with 27mm blade width offers the perfect balance between compact portability and practical measuring capacity. The 5-metre length makes it ideal for everyday measuring tasks in joinery, first fix carpentry, plumbing, and general building work where a more pocket-friendly tape is preferred without sacrificing the professional-grade durability and features of the BM 300 range. The shatterproof PC/ABS housing features a shock-absorbent soft grip casing that protects against heavy impacts, whilst the extremely hard-wearing STABILA NYLON-WRAP coating protects the blade against corrosion and abrasion. STABILA SPIKES integrated into the coating help prevent slipping during measurements. The double-sided scale ensures optimum readability, and the thick measuring blade provides high stability and rigidity, capable of being pulled out up to 3m (10ft) without kinks. The blade is fitted with an adjustable, extra-large hook for accurate internal and external measurements, with an integrated eyelet in the hook preventing blade slippage. The curved brake button allows comfortable operation of the push brake to stop and lock the blade securely, whilst a strong spring enables automatic, powerful blade retraction. The rounded STABILA EASY-CLIP allows easy attachment to your belt. This tape measure features metric and imperial measurements with EC Class II accuracy.
