The Draper P600SF82 is an 82mm electric planer from the Storm Force series, designed for smoothing timber and creating precise rebates on site or in the workshop. With a 600W motor and 17,000rpm no-load speed, this corded planer delivers reliable performance for carpenters, joiners and contractors working with dimensional timber. The aluminium base plate provides a stable planing surface, whilst the adjustable cutting depth up to 2mm allows for controlled material removal across the full 82mm width. The rebating capability extends to 15.5mm depth, making this planer suitable for door hanging, window fitting and general joinery tasks where accurate rebates are required. Safety and usability are well addressed with a lock-off switch to prevent accidental starts, whilst the soft-grip handle ensures comfortable operation during extended use. Dust management is handled through both a supplied dust bag and an extraction facility for connection to workshop vacuum systems.
