The Flex PE 142150N is a variable-speed polishing head designed for professional detailing and surface finishing applications. This powerful 1,400 watt polisher delivers high torque performance with a highly-efficient ventilator system that ensures optimum cooling during heavy-duty use. The VR electronic control system provides stepless speed selection from 380 to 2,100 oscillations per minute, with constant speed control managed by a tachogenerator. Built-in overload protection and temperature monitoring safeguard the motor during demanding applications, whilst the continuous speed control trigger can be locked on for extended operation. The innovative combination of planetary and angular gears significantly reduces operational noise, making this polisher suitable for extended working periods. Its flat gear head design minimises the distance to the work surface, allowing the machine to be operated safely and effectively in any position. Ergonomic design features include a shaped grip hood and soft-grip handles that deliver precise control and comfortable operation. The rubberised resting bar allows safe setting down between tasks, whilst the ideally positioned spindle lock prevents operating errors without interfering with the grip area.
