It is intended for deburring, breaking edges and removing surface imperfections on all ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces. It is also ideal for performance-orientated processing of carbon steel, mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium as well as non-ferrous metals. The X450 Expert for Metal sanding belt is compatible with power files. It features electrostatically close-grain distribution and cooling additives for optimal sanding behaviour on metal surfaces. The grit is bonded using fully synthetic resin on X-cloth for work stability and wear resistance in heavy-duty applications.
