The blade undergoes a comprehensive heat treatment process, being correctly hardened, tempered, straightened and stress relieved to ensure optimal strength and straightness throughout its working life. The forward-cutting tooth configuration, with 13 teeth per inch, is specifically designed to deliver faster cutting action whilst maximising sawdust removal from the cut line for improved visibility and cleaner results. Surface treatment includes a finely ground finish coated with ultra-tough lacquer, providing corrosion protection whilst reducing friction during sawing for smoother, more efficient cutting action.
