Description
The Wera Kraftform Turbo 826 T is a mechanical bit holder screwdriver handle designed to quadruple screwdriving speed without batteries or power tools. This innovative handle features an integrated part-time universal gear that delivers four times the working speed of a conventional screwdriver through purely mechanical means, making it ideal for smooth coupling applications and repetitive fastening tasks. The turbo function operates using a two-handed technique where one hand holds the front part of the handle whilst the other turns the rear section. A simple push-button allows you to activate or deactivate the turbo gear depending on the application. When disabled, the handle functions as a standard screwdriver with a maximum torque capacity of 14Nm, making it suitable for high-torque applications such as screw connections in wood and precise adjustments where controlled tightening is essential. The handle incorporates Wera's Rapidaptor quick-release chuck that accepts all conventional 1/4" hexagon drive bits, providing versatility across various screw profiles. The Rapidaptor system allows direct bit insertion and tool-free removal by simply pushing the sleeve forward, ensuring fast bit changes on site. The robust steel gear mechanism is maintenance-free, offering reliable performance for professional tradespeople and contractors.
