The Bahco Hand File in 300mm (12") length with Second (Medium) cut provides approximately 36 teeth per 25mm for balanced material removal and surface finish on larger workpieces. This extended length is perfect for filing longer flat surfaces whilst the medium cut grade offers versatility across a wide range of metalworking applications. The second cut is particularly effective for work on high-alloy tool steels where a finer finish is required. Featuring a double cut on both sides with one safe edge, this file permits precise work in corners whilst protecting adjacent surfaces. The tanged design ensures secure handle attachment for confident filing on extended work sessions.
