Redken City Beats is a range of semi-permanent hair colours that provide a nourishing and colourful effect for up to 12 washes. This is the Clear variant which is used to lighten the other colours in the collection so you can get exactly the colour your heart desires. The process starts by applying the coloured cream to damp hair either with a brush or with your fingers. It is not recommended to put the cream in direct contact with the skin, so disposable gloves will be very suitable.
