The Sealey ABI1700 is an indirect fired diesel and kerosene space heater delivering 50kW (170,000Btu/hr) of clean, fume-free heat for workshops, warehouses, construction sites and event spaces. Unlike direct heaters, this indirect model exhausts combustion by-products through a top-mounted flue, making it ideal for environments with limited ventilation or where people are working. This professional space heater features a robust stainless steel combustion chamber with fan cooling, alongside advanced electronic flame control and a Danfoss pump for reliable performance. The built-in thermostat automatically maintains your required ambient temperature by cycling the heater on and off, saving fuel whilst providing consistent warmth across areas up to 400-750m². With a generous 69-litre fuel tank providing up to 14 hours of continuous operation, the ABI1700 is built for extended use on demanding sites. The 2000m³/hr airflow ensures rapid heat distribution, whilst large transport wheels and an integrated handle make repositioning straightforward. Safety features include a flame-out device that cuts fuel supply if the flame extinguishes, plus an IPX4 rating for protection against water splashes. Optional accessories expand versatility further – ducting (Model No. ABI1700AK1) and flue systems with rain covers (Model Nos.
