Easy to use & free flowing. Non-abrasive pink crystalline powder which readily dissolves in water. Economical in use, supplied in an airtight container. Multi-purpose usage; ideal on fixed equipment, conveyors, shackles, work surfaces, cutting & slicing machines, walls, floors & drain areas. FOR MANUAL CLEANING: Dissolve 10-20 g per litre of hand hot water (40-500C) and apply to surface to be cleaned using a clean cloth, brush or scouring pad. Once the soiling has been removed, solutions should be allowed to remain in contact with surface for 10 minutes then rinse off with clean water. FOR IMMERSION CLEANING: Make up a solution of Apex™ as above in a suitable container and immerse the items to be cleaned. After 15 minutes contact time, scrub the item using an abrasive pad and rinse off with clean water. FLOORS & DRAINS: Any remaining solution can be used for floor cleaning by mop or brush prior to being poured down drain channels and final rinsing off with clean cold water. Halal
