Fentex 2 Drum Horizontal Storage & Stacker Dispenser The Drum Base and Stacker Dispenser is a versatile system that maximises floor space by enabling you to stack up to 2 x 205 litre steel drums horizontally above a one piece 450 litre capacity sump. With this sump capacity, this quality unit meets all UK oil storage regulations. Drums are stored horizontally for quick and easy dispensing, whilst the design of the unit means that you can dispense from any of the drums in the safe knowledge that any leaks or spills will be contained. Additional top level 2 Drum cradle stacker available and sold seperately (BDRST); this enables you to horizontally store an additional 2 drums layered on top of the unit, whilst still meeting UK oil storage regulations. All oil containments must be stored in a bunded area or in a drip tray (sump pallet). This is mandatory and it is an offence not to comply in any situation where you are storing oil or fuel outdoors. The sump pallet must be sufficient to contain 100% of the maximum contents of the oil or fuel container / drum or vessel.
