Westmark Rollschnitt Cheese Slicer

With an aluminium body, manufactured in one piece, the Rollschnitt Cheese Slicer is extremely robust. The cutting wire is made of rustproof stainless steel and is carefully tensioned and permanently inserted. Ideal for all standard hard cheeses. It can even cut soft cheese well, if it is cooled prior to cutting. Vary the thickness of the cheese slices by tilting it more or less as required.
