Description
The Sylglas SYLWT506 is a 50mm wide translucent waterproof tape supplied in a 6 metre roll, purposely designed as a permanent leak sealant for piping and tanks. This versatile tape can be used on most materials, offering an extended length for larger projects or multiple repairs. The translucent finish makes it ideal for applications where appearance matters, such as sealing cracked panes of glass, repairing or joining polythene cloches, and sealing overlaps on plastic roofing sheets. Unlike inferior tapes that yellow and become brittle in sunlight, the SYLWT506 is UV stable and remains flexible over time. The effective adhesive bonds to most metals, wood, ceramics, fibreglass, some hard plastics, plaster, masonry and concrete, forming a strong waterproof self-adhesive seal for long-lasting protection.
