The Sealey LP401 is a high-output propane space heater designed for large-scale heating in workshops, warehouses and industrial environments. Delivering 210-400,000Btu/hr (61.5-117KW) of adjustable heat output, this professional-grade heater efficiently warms spaces up to 72,000ft³ (2,038m³), making it ideal for large garages, commercial workshops and warehousing facilities. This dual voltage space warmer offers flexible power options with 230V or 110V supply, selectable via a plug switch to suit different site requirements. The unit features a safety solenoid valve to prevent gas leakage and utilises a reliable Piezo push-button ignition system for safe, easy starting. Supplied complete with a fully approved gas regulator and hose, the heater is ready for immediate use with propane cylinders. The fan-assisted design ensures efficient heat distribution with an impressive 3500m³/hr airflow, whilst the clean-burning propane fuel eliminates the oily residues associated with other fuel types. Operating with minimal noise due to the absence of a compressor, the heater produces virtually no odour except during the brief start-up period.
