This 4mm x 50mm variant is supplied in a pack of 900, providing excellent reach for fixing thicker timbers and boarding materials in interior applications. The 50mm length is ideal for joining substantial timber sections and heavier construction work. Featuring a Torx® compatible drive, these screws deliver excellent torque transmission whilst minimising the risk of cam-out. The recessed ribs provide improved countersinking and reduced surface dust, whilst the reinforced countersunk neck improves holding power for a secure fix. The patented drill and drive thread reduces timber splitting, eliminates 'jacking' and spinning of joined timber, and increases pull-out resistance. A sharp point provides faster bite and is capable of piercing 0.8mm steel. Protected by an advanced 'Elementech 400' coating, these screws offer anti-corrosive performance lasting up to 6 times longer than standard zinc coatings. The environmentally friendly coating contains no Cr6+ and is Salt Spray tested to 400 hours, making them suitable for interior use.
