Sealey Lifting Strap
Description
The Sealey LS5003 is a 3m lifting strap with a 5 tonne capacity, offering an excellent balance between reach and manoeuvrability for a wide range of professional lifting applications. This mid-length option is particularly suited to general workshop tasks, construction sites, and logistics operations where moderate reach is required. Weight-for-weight, this strap is three to five times stronger than traditional chains, delivering exceptional strength without the weight penalty. Constructed from 100% high-strength polyester with reinforced lifting eyes, the LS5003 combines durability with reliable performance. A significant safety advantage is the early warning system – overload conditions can be detected through visible fraying of the straps before critical failure occurs. The strap is colour-coded according to European standards for quick capacity identification, enhancing workplace safety. Safe working load ratings are provided for both U configuration (load between loop eyes) and straight configuration (load at one end).
