Description
This 25mm x 50m emery cloth roll features a 120 grit grade, designed for fine smoothing, detail finishing and surface preparation where a refined result is required. The 120g abrasive is ideal for removing light oxidation, smoothing previously abraded surfaces, preparing metal for painting or coating, and achieving a semi-polished finish on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The flexible J-weight cloth backing allows the emery to conform to contoured surfaces whilst maintaining sufficient durability for regular workshop use. Produced from calcined aluminium oxide with resin bonding, this roll provides excellent grain adhesion and anti-static properties for safer handling. The 25mm width is particularly well-suited to detailed finishing work on small metal sections, edges, pipes and intricate components where precision and control are essential.
