The Rapid Airtac PS111 is a compact pneumatic stapler designed for versatile fastening applications across insulation, plastic sheeting, cardboard packaging, carpets and roofing sheets. This lightweight air staple gun fires Rapid No. 140 flat wire staples, which provide an ideal larger holding area for plastic and other non-fibrous materials that require secure attachment without damage. Built from long-lasting die-cast aluminium, the PS111 features a 22mm long nose for precise work in confined spaces, with a flat front design that allows easy access to difficult areas. The no-mar pad protects delicate surfaces during operation, whilst the grip-friendly handle ensures comfortable use throughout extended jobs. A 360° adjustable air system prevents exhaust air being directed towards the operator's face during use. The quick-load magazine system enables fast reloading of consumables with minimal downtime, accepting Rapid No. 140 staples from 6-16mm leg lengths.
