The Q Max 25mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch provides robust hole-cutting performance for sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This quarter-inch equivalent metric size is popular for larger electrical installations, substantial cable entries, and general fabrication requiring a 25mm aperture. The punch features heat-treated cutting edges with a black anti-corrosive finish, consistently producing clean, burr-free holes. Its special load distribution design reduces cutting effort whilst ensuring smooth, even operation across repeated applications, making it ideal for both workshop and on-site use. As a larger-diameter punch, this 25mm model uses the simplified configuration with threading in the punch itself rather than on the hexagonal screw. This eliminates the die nut component, streamlining assembly and operation. An 8mm hexagonal wrench (MB type) is required to operate the mechanism effectively and pull the punch through the metal.
