The Q Max 35mm Sheet Metal Hole Punch provides excellent capability for creating larger standard holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. This popular larger size is ideal for substantial conduit installations, sizeable cable management systems, and general fabrication requiring a 35mm aperture. The punch features heat-treated cutting edges with a black anti-corrosive surface finish, consistently producing clean, burr-free holes. Its special load distribution design reduces cutting effort whilst ensuring smooth, even operation across repeated applications, making it suitable for demanding workshop and on-site use. As a larger-diameter punch, this 35mm model uses the simplified configuration with threading in the punch itself rather than on the hexagonal screw. This eliminates the die nut component, streamlining assembly and operation. A 10mm hexagonal wrench (MC type) is required to operate the mechanism effectively and provide sufficient torque for this cutting diameter.
