Featuring heat-treated cutting edges with a protective black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch consistently produces clean, burr-free holes. The special load distribution design ensures smooth, even cutting action, making operation efficient even when working with tougher materials within the 16 gauge range. As a larger punch, this 40mm model uses the simplified configuration with threading in the punch itself rather than on the hexagonal screw, eliminating the die nut component.
