Description
The 75mm diameter, 120 grit Aluminium Oxide Sanding Disc is designed for efficient material removal and surface preparation across larger surface areas. This coarse-to-medium grit grade excels at removing old paint, rust, and corrosion, whilst providing a good foundation for subsequent finer sanding stages in metal fabrication and automotive refinishing workshops. The larger 75mm diameter significantly increases coverage area compared to 50mm discs, reducing sanding time on broader surfaces whilst maintaining excellent control. The 120 grit strikes an ideal balance between aggressive stock removal and moderate surface finish, making it perfect for initial preparation work before progressing to finer grits. Each disc is fitted with a quick-change plastic screw on the back, ensuring secure attachment and rapid disc changes on compatible air tools and bench sanders.
