This 115mm diameter, 80 grit flap disc delivers medium-fine abrasion for quality surface preparation and finishing. The 80 grit abrasive is ideal for blending welds, removing light surface imperfections, creating smooth finishes on metal surfaces, and preparing substrates for painting or coating applications. Constructed from aluminium oxide with epoxy-bonded flaps attached to a rigid disc, this flap disc requires no backing pad and is ready to use immediately. The depressed centre design ensures safe, controlled operation whilst providing excellent access to difficult areas. Compatible with both electric and air-powered angle grinders, it's perfect for descaling, derusting, weld preparation, weld cleaning and general surface preparation tasks.
