Allows the use of most 95-16 bagger mufflers with standard 1-3/4" inlet to be used with 2-in-1 H-D headpipe. Includes the swedged pipe, heat shield and mounting hardware. Heavy-duty 16-gauge steel; pipe is chrome and heatshield is polished and chrome plated. Made in the U.S.A..
